At Get Stoked Magazine, we’re a tight crew of two working hard to deliver every issue straight to your door. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to provide clear and comprehensive details about our fulfillment and shipping processes. Here’s how we handle fulfillment and shipping so you know what to expect:

Order Fulfillment Timeline
• Processing Time:
All orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days from the time your payment is confirmed depending on issue release date. You can expect timely updates on your order status throughout the process. Please note: We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, but we work diligently to ensure order processing is as swift as possible.

Shipping Options
We offer a few different shipping methods to fit your timeline and budget:

Standard Shipping yearly subscription qty 1 per four issues $18.52 2-8 business days USPS Media Mail. We strive to provide options that accommodate both quick delivery needs and cost-effectiveness for our readers.

Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships. This way, you can keep an eye on your delivery and know exactly when to expect your next issue.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the U.S. But stay tuned—international shipping is on our horizon as we grow! International stoke? Hang tight—we’re working on it.

Delays & Disruptions
We’ll always do our best to get your order out fast, but shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply hiccups. If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days from the ship date, hit us up and we’ll sort it out. We appreciate your patience during unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping times.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses—but we’ll do everything we can to help if something goes sideways. Shipping fees on returned packages are non-refundable, so it’s essential to ensure your details are accurate. If address is given incorrectly and item is returned to us. We will advice you via email about the the return. Ask you to verify your shipping. If incorrect address was provided by you an additional return fee $4.63 and new shipping fee $4.63 will be due before item is sent to correct address.
